Capitalism: A Love Story

What I loved most: sacastic humour

What I really hated: is only one side of the story

is not a very fair way to see it only in one perspective. dun mistaken, im just a middle class white collar worker. without being a capitalist, there is no way we are living how we are living, we will be living exactly how the north korean are. farming on farms that dun belong to us, n you dun get wat you harvest. best part, u totally get BRAINWASHED. (if u watch national geographic, u will know wat im talking about.) if there is no capitalism, u wouldnt be where u are now. watching movies, going out dating at some fine cuisine (n where u think the food, table, atmosphere, aircon comes from?), no phone, no traveling, just practically everything u have now. for eg, if i am a CEO, i am buying an insurance for all the expenses use on recruiting, training, time spent for one employee, IF anything happens to them. is like, will you pay for your BEST friend's insurance? you pay for his insurance, n if he dies, his family gets it all? makes no sense? HE should have the foresight to plan for his own family isnt it? nevertheless, i still like this movie, but i dun feel the message delivered is justified. i stand for capitalism still.

Sunshine Cleaning

i couldnt understand why this was under the comedy genre when i dun find anything funny about this movie? so many people were talking during the movie, and we just duno how it will end. it seems more like a girl happen to see an opportunity, jump in, wanting to be entreprenuer, halfway through, things happened, closed shop, in much bigger debts, and start all over again. the moral of the story is, whatever happens, you still need your daddy's money to start over again.

Crank 2: High Voltage

What I loved most: i only remembered the pretty girls?

What I really hated: everything

perhaps Jason Statham acted in transporter3 created this "anything-he-act-must-be-fantastic-movie" illusion for me. this movie totally had no direction at all? seriously, dont bother. dont even bother to watch it even during off peak. just borrow it from whoever got the dvd. DONT EVEN BUY IT. just borrow. is that bad.

The Hangover

What I loved most: hilarious

What I really hated: lost in the show (is not a bad thing though)

this movie is really a different kind of genre. is quite a fresh way of acting in movies. im pretty lost halfway, but i still enjoyed it very much. i love the sunburnt part, i didnt like the ending part, was hoping that i knew wat happen to that dentist and his newly married "escort" after the date, or that weirdo guy wanting to sign up becoming a bartender? haha! very cute baby. do stay ALL THE WAY TILL MOVIE REALLY ENDS. all the EXCLUSIVE photos which practically sums up the whole show..

Murderer

What I loved most: Aaron Kwok is a "surprisingly" excellent actor

What I really hated: Gruesome for me

the starting of the show was rather slow for me. was still discussing during the midst of the show with my bf that the ending was more or less predicted within the first half an hour in the movie. but, i will not say much, cause the story is totally twisted in the end, someone else is the murderer. Hate the bloody scenes. Aaron Kwok's acting is really good. he really looks kinda psychotic in there (even the poster looks freaky~). the kid is totally irritating, his wife not very pretty (ok, i know im picky in here), dont like open-ended shows, not sure if is just open-ended movie, or there is a part 2 coming up? (coz of the last part Aaron wrote on his arm in the mental hospital, "revenge when out?" some sort like this?) n also the police who noticed about the childhood photo? i hoped that is a part 2. =)

Twilight

personally i havent read the book, but i really like this movie because of the romance part. other than the makeup that was a little bit "over" for the Cullens. n i dont really know wat kind of personality is bella supposed to be, but seriously, she is like so emo, sad n grumpy? even when she is in love, with friends, in shocked, happy, she is still with THAT FACE. im NOT a HUGE FAN of romance. but i must say, this really touches certain soft spots on girls that we very much noticed in the movies, rather than the guys. exactly which part, i just cant seem to put a finger to it too? but is really good. should have more on the action part.
