What I loved most: Chubby James Carter
What I really hated: The movie
The movie kicks off with Chris impersonating King of pop dancing, singing and managing traffic at the same time. It was funny but he sure can dance and he can sing too. (Though Stephen Chow and Jackie Chan have used something similar to this in one of their movies)
Chris Tucker is still a funny man, big eyes big mouth, only thing he really put on some weight. However, I find that the director may have focused too much on the humor that he screws up the entire movie.
There are times I noticed that Chris is over doing it. You can feel that Chris is forced to crack jokes whenever the camera is on him.
Then our bad guys? They prefer talking rather than shooting. They have guns but choose to kill with a sword? What is that?
The idea is there, one can fight the other well can really talk. Mix action with fun and you get Rush Hour 3? Nope.
There was also a part where Chris sings on stage with Jackie Chan. Is that necessary in order to save a girl?
Watch carefully, Jackie Chan does not perform all the stunts. If you want to see some real actions from Jackie Chan, search his old Hong Kong movies (Police Story onwards). Not only that, now he is more like dancing rather than fighting compared to the old times.
This is a half baked suckiyaki movie. I have warned you, now where did I put my Rush Hour 1 dvd?

What I loved most: Harry Potter
What I really hated: None
I have been following Harry Potter since the first show. Never read the book though. I have watched this movie for quite some time and decided to provide my feedback.
1) If you like the book stick to the book, forget the movies. It is never the same 100%
2) If you are looking for good action, go for Die Hard 4.0
3) This show does an awful lot of talking but I do not find it to be boring. Greenmile (Tom Hanks) is a 3 hours plus non-stop drama but it is not boring at all.
4) I think Harry Potter 5 is ok compared to Pirates of the Carribean which is getting from bad to worst!!
5) If you have watched all four episodes, no matter what people say, sometimes you will still go right? So my advice is go for this movie and judge for yourself.
Overall, the movie is fine. 3 stars rating. You need a lot of elements to make a great movie and great actions or great visual effects do not define as an excellent movie.

What I loved most: Donnie Yen's midair turning kick
What I really hated: Donnie Yen's new fighting styles?
This is a typical good against evil kind of movie. 3 Vietnamese brothers, eldest likes to show off, the other two can fight. They ventured into illegal activities while Louis Koo is an undercover cop working for them. Storyline is simple and fine.
Don't worry, once in awhile you will be entertained by some humor from Louis Koo.
Donnie Yen? Well, if you have watched Donnie Yen's SPL (same director for Flash Point), you might be disappointed with his fighting style here. I went for this movie because of Donnie Yen. I love the way he fights.
However, he seems to use more on Judo (not sure) instead of his common punches and kicks. That is why I still prefer the fighting scenes from SPL where you can really see how DY fights his opponents and the way he moves or even counterattacks.
FYI, Donnie Yen died in SPL Hong Kong version and he survived in the China version. So, I won't be surprised if the upcoming DVD for Flash Point offers two alternate endings as well.
Overall, I give this movie 3 and a half star. Worth watching but I will definitely purchase the Hong Kong version DVD cause something tells me that they censored the whole ending. Go see for yourself and watch Donnie Yen beats the crooks in style!!

What I loved most: The scene between Bonecrusher and Optimus
What I really hated: The movie
If someone tells you Transformers is the best movie of the year, ask him / her these
1) At the beginning of the show, Blackout can shoot powerful shots which and wiped off whatever that is standing in its way. Towards the end, Blackout shoots bullets only which made him easier to kill. Please explain.
2) 80% of this show is focused on humans instead of the robots. The jokes were lame and the love story is just doesn't fit in or spark at all. Is this Transformers or Human and Robots?
3) There is only one clear and good fighting scene in this movie - Bonecrusher versus Prime. You are unable to tell who is fighting who for the rest of the fighting scenes and all ends very quickly. You define this as good action all the way?
4) Autobots ran off to hide themselves when they know Megatron is coming. However, when Sam needs to run to a building, the Chickenbots appeared out of nowhere and say "We will protect you"
5) Megatron tore Jazz into two pieces in split second. Megatron is so powerful that he beats Prime like small kid. (By the way, Prime came in there in vehicle mode slow mo before Megatron beats the ***** out of him)And the war between Autobots and Decepticons lasted for 1,000 years? 1,000 years, they must be playing hide and seek.
6) Most of the Decepticons were killed by humans and not the Super Mighty Autobots.
7) Ironhide needs to shoot Decepticons while flying in the air like John Woo's styles.
I dont mind the bad acting but I do not expect this kind of movie from Michael Bay who has directed The Rock.
What I like about this movie? The Decepticons. They come, they destroy, they die or they leave.
If you can accept all of the above, then Transformers is "A" superb movie for you.

What I loved most: (Ambient noise)
What I really hated: None
First these puppets really give you the creeps.
You will not be bored with the storyline as you want to find out the truth behind the killings.
Few scary moments but overall the movie makes you feel creepy than scary.
101 dolls created in search for a perfect doll?
Not long after shall you know why this movie is called dead silence and the shocking truth is revealed at the end of the show.
Just sit back and let the puppets do their talking.

What I loved most: The wicked spirit who happens to be a pretty girl
What I really hated: Lenghty
Personally, I quite enjoy Thai movies like Ong Bak and Shutter.
However, Perng Mang does not have the right ingredient as a horror movie. Consider this a love story instead. Few scary moments and the movie was rather lengthy which you will find yourself losing interest of the story (yawning) after first 30 minutes.
Everything is just average here but it does not sum up to an overall "Average" rating. Not recommended.
