Pink panther jewel gets stolen again and this time is by the infamous robber known "Tornado". Detective Clouseau heads a Dream Team seeking clues to retrieve the priceless diamond and other stolen artifacts. Few classic enjoyable moments from Inspector Clouseau but overall I still prefer Part 1. Nevertheless, this seem clueless inspector is worth inspecting.
Other than Dragon Tiger Gate, Wilson Yip and Donnie Yen makes a perfect team. Donnie Yen proves that he can act! No wonder Ip Chun commented highly of him. Donnie shows exactly what Wing Chun really is - speed, accuracy, powerful... that also explains why the last fight was rather fast because Donnie's fists was too fast for him. As soon as I walked out of the cinema, I just feel like learning Wing Chun. Glad to hear there will be sequels coming. I am definitely getting my sticky hands in the DVDs. Ah yes, there are some funny moments too. I heard that this show was good but didnt know was that good
Read along and see if you like this movie
1) Blew a hole when the hero is trying to eat, rush in, pissed him off and get yourself killed when actually you could just knock on his door because all you wanted is to talk to him
2) Bullets firing everywhere but you can never kill Vin, most you get is wound him.
3) All these ridiculous nonsense of escorting the girl to New York and they tried to squeeze in a steamy scene but too bad Michelle interrupted. (what??)
4) Fighting scenes oh yeah but they looked more like dancing and spinning around.
5) A small rocket exploded right in front of Vin Diesel. Well he lost a hand and a leg thanks for asking
6) Did I say he died but Aurora's dad revive him? So death is not a problem here.
7) Aurora the girl was so powerful that fire power cannot even touch her but she died after giving birth to a twins (hmmmm)
8) Wanna know what the A.D. here stands for? Awful and Dreadful.
Time and money wasted.
I thought this director has a "Sixth sense" to impress people with his movies. I was certain that his masterpiece would be "Unbreakable" until his works begin to show "Signs" of stupidity and boredom. He had me fooled and taken for a ride in "The Village" and wanted to introduce me to a "Lady in the water" of which I declined.
Now Mr Shyamalan, I like to know what's "The Happening" and I want my money and time back.
First this movie is in Spanish so you rely on the subtitles only. 2nd, this movie isnt the best or an excellent movie but it is special in its own way. Lots of talking here so dont expect thrills and chills all the way. Watch this with an open mind. I really love the ending, it is very touching. Personally I find Pans Labyrinth better.
This movie was very close to being a Classic Kung Fu CGI style. Storyline is simple. Some real funny parts. I love the characters here, Master Oogway (Oogway = tortoise in Mandarin), The Furious Five Tigress (voice by Angelina Jolie), Monkey (Jackie Chan), Snake (Lucy Liu), Crane (forgot) and Mantis (forgot again) and of course Po the Panda aka Dragon Warrior (Jack Black) Recommended if you have no other movies in your mind. Perhaps you will love this more than I do. But I am rating this 3 punches. Hai yah!
