What I loved most: The subtle things they do to outwit each other.

I was pleasantly surprised by the contents of the movie, being someone foreign to the manga series. While entertaining with the battle of wits between two geniuses, the movie also explores differences in perspective of moral values. The pace is a little slow in certain parts, but that adds to the suspense and atmosphere. A clever and intriguing movie. Can't wait for it's sequel.

What I really hated: The slow pace

For a movie set against such a major event, I feel that the show failed to capitalize the settings fully. Though the story of the selected survivals were miraculous, it seemed trivial against such major backdrop. Even the other survivals were not mentioned anytime in the show, until the scrolling-narrative text at the end.
