Young scientist Siddharth Mathur travels to Mauritius for his brother Harshvardhan's wedding. Accompanying him is his mother Gayatri, a reluctant traveller who is angry at Harsh for deciding to get married without consulting her and her cheery husband Navin whose sole entertainment is pulling his wife's leg. Busy with work, Harsh leaves his fiancee Aaliyah to show them around Mauritius before the wedding but the mother takes an instant dislike to Aaliyah. She spends all her time with her future brother-in-law instead. Soon, all hell breaks loose in the Mathur family.
