When Patsy's four grown-up children learn that she is dying of cancer, they all flock to her home in south Sydney to be with her during her final days. For the first time in 15 years the whole family is together again, and conflicts erupt, particularly between father, Vic, and son, Bo. Daughters Josie, Nadia and Vera revive some of their old competitiveness, but the focus remains on Patsy and her family's attempt to grant her a few final wishes.
