Sigourney Weaver

This attractive, statuesque (5'11"), brunette actress began using the name Sigourney (after a character mentioned in "The Great Gatsby") in the early 1960s. The daughter of former NBC president Sylvester 'Pat' Weaver and actress Elizabeth Inglis, Weaver graduated from the Yale Drama School one year before Meryl Streep and began her career on the New York stage, appearing in several off-Broadway productions.
