Joseph Gordon-Levitt

A rising juvenile star of TV and films, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, with his innocent expressions and long, thin, brown hair, is perhaps best-known as Tommy Solomon, the youngest member of an alien family on NBC's hit series, "3rd Rock From the Sun" (1996- ). Gordon-Levitt began appearing in TV commercials when he was six years old and by the time he was seven had made a guest appearance on "Family Ties". He first worked as a series regular portraying impish David Collins short-lived revival of "Dark Shadows" (NBC, 1991). Subsequently, he was Pierce, the son of Valerie Mahaffey and David Hyde Pierce on Norman Lear's sitcom "The Powers That Be" (NBC, 1992-93).
