On an annual fishing trip in isolated high country, Stewart Kane and his three friends find a dead girl in the river. Too late for them to hike back to the road and report their tragic find, the men continue fishing. When they finally return to their town of Jindabyne days later and report their gruesome find, all hell breaks loose. Their wives could not understand how they could have continued fishing with the dead girl in the water. The men are confused - the girl was already dead, there was nothing they could do for her. Only Stewart's wife, Claire, understands that something fundamental is not being addressed. Disturbed by her husband's actions, she is determined to help the victim's family find peace. In the process, she unearths the truth at the heart of her marriage and all the extremes of love and hate which feed the local community.

What I loved most: Great Karate and Muay Thai moves
What I really hated: When the main character's pet was lost
The story is so nice because my friend is the main actress. I like how the way she smiles and the way she acts, it so natural. She have a dog named Bogart, it is a street dog but it has a power that of underdog's. Both of them fight together using their karate and muay thai fighting skills. But the ending was tragic because both of them were poisoned. They ate a rotten banana.
