Jason Bateman
- Born: 14 Jan, 1969
since the early 1980s. The light brown-haired, blue-eyed Bateman first established himself playing attractive but conniving juveniles, often in comic counterpoint to bland or naive leadsnot unlike "Leave It to Beaver's" Eddie Haskell. A case in point: his delicious portrayal of the scheming ne'er-do-well Derek Taylor added a welcome dose of vinegar to the sugary antics of Ricky Schroder and Joel Higgins on the hit NBC family sitcom "Silver Spoons".
