A temple of doom indeed...

What I loved most: SHorty is so cute!!

What I really hated: carriage chase way 2 long...

Alright alright, I must admit i was a little scared by the Thuggee scenes of human sacrifices but overall, it still qualified for the great Indiana Jones film. Plot: On the way home from Shanghai in 1935, Jones and his sidekick shorty, stop by and Indian village only to discover that the Sankara stone that belongs to the village have been stolen by the Thuggee community who worship the god Kali. It is Jones' job to get the stone back. Along the way he runs into some trouble including almost becoming one of the Thuggees, but amazingly he his saved by Shorty. So in the end most of the Thuggees are killed children belonging to the village that were forced to look for the rest of the ficve Sankara stones are freed and Jones sets off for Delhi. Review: OK although the film was reasonable the carriage chase toward the end of the film was just way too long and not to mention exaggerated!!!!!!!! Other than that the choice for the Short Round was a good choice and the boy's acting was pretty Darn GOOD. Maybe this film had come as a surprise to me as I would not be expecting the temple of doom to be under ground. and yes, pankot palace was an exquisite location but molar ram just gave me that scary look that made me wanna hide behind the chair. Now, when i think of that weirdo, I just have to imagine that darn SHINY HEAD OF HIS... One of the worse parts: the bridge. I mean How can a person survive the falling of the bridge by hanging on to the ropes, the ropes would just fall out. and not bad, I mean finally some fun unlike Raiders of the lost ark. Shorty and Indiana Jones really know a game of poker... except when they cheat. another part I hated was the Introduction as it was way too long and didn't really give the essence of real introduction. I mean it had nothing to do with Indy. But ooh, when Shorty was driving that ol' car it just gave you that 'fun and excitement' feeling that no other movie can provide you with. Really I mean it. And then when Indy lost his pistol it didn't really sort of bother him for at least the rest of the film. HAHA. The literal killer part though, was when Molar ram took out the human sacrifice's heart in the temple of DOOM, really was extraordinary when the heart caught on fire... Unbelievable. and How on earth would a person become a Thuggee just by drinking the blood of KALI???? Those are but a few problems to solve. The good thing was, they are not relatively big problems which i home are solvable.... The good part was the fact that a number of languages were spoken: English, Canonese and a few Indian dialects... Not bad eh?? So This is one of the Better Indiana Jones Films. Rating: 4.5/5 stars or 18 stars about 80-90% good. Conclusion: Pretty darn good adventure, can't wait for more!!!!
