Ashfaque is a small town boy aspiring to be a film star. He joins a street theatre group run by a reformed dacoit named Sidhu. His determination pays off and Ashfaque becomes Sameer Khan the superstar. Sadly, amidst all adulation and applause, he slowly loses his identity. Corruption takes over his entire system, alienating him from all loved ones, including his wife. A shocking incident at a party changes everything; he's caught between his conscience on one side and his stardom on the other.
