It is Smart!

What I loved most: Steve Carell

What I really hated: Can't get enough of this film! Had to see it twice in cinema

This film has an excellent blend of action & comedy. In fact, the romantic subplot between Steve Carell and Anne Hathaway is a surprising delight. Carell is pitch-perfect as Smart Maxwell, and the rest of the cast also contributed significantly, including the cameo appearance by Bill Murray.

Best Comedy of the Year

What I loved most: Very funny

What I really hated: Not enough Anne !!

This is definitely the best comedy i've watched this year. I would rank it as the top 3 best comedies of all time in my portfoilio. And i would say it has a lot to do with the cast. Steve Carrell was at his best doing what he is capable of. Anne Hathaway was stunning in this movie, and she is now one of my favourite actress besides Jessica Alba and Reese Wetherspoon. It's a shame there is no fighting scenes between The Rock and Great Khali. Can you imagine The Rock giving The Giant Khali a rock bottom? I was entertained throughout and if you still hav'nt caught the movie, and with it almost running out in cinemas, i would suggest you get the dvd. It is most certainly well-worth money spent!

One of the funniest movie of the year !

What I loved most: not as lame as "Zohan".....

Steve Carell hits the spot with is hilarious comedy, and i must say that the partnership with Anne Hathaway is more than fitting. This show is definitely not as lame as the "comedy" Don't mess with Zohan......viewers can sit back and enjoy this adaptation of spy parody television series..........there are so many moments when you expect Steve Carell, the agent in the show to mess things up, and get killed, but he always have the knack to turn things around...........the scene where both agents had to cross the series of red laser beams to get to the room is the funniest part i can remember...could not stop chuckling...haha.....overall....this is a movie definitely worth every penny of yours...we had enough of crappy shows this year........get smart now, and watch "Get Smart" !

Good Stuff

This was a funny movie, much funnier than expected. A nice mix of low brow and witty humour that didn't come across as trying too hard. Steve Carrell is almost the perfect actor to play maxwell smart, everything comes across as believable. They even manage to factor in a plot twist at the end which i honestly didn't see coming. Good, funny movie.. 4 stars!
