Since I put more of 3 stars, I guess I can't put overall as 4 stars, can I (possibly/logically do so)? Anyway, I was doubting between 3 or more stars as half is not allowed. If I'm not mistaken, I notice a quick glimpse of a part that logically M'sia would cut/edit it/touch-up onto the movie. I'd like to review DN2 again to check if I'd better a review on the visual. The rest (direction/acting/etc) are pretty common in its kinda movie. Only the story seem great. I've not seen DN1 so, I can't make a comparison like any other who might be able to. I've nothing that I really dislike nor exceptionally like in the movie so, I've left those fields empty. L, I still didn't get his name in the end, looks like a 'living dead' (e.g. zombie) throughout. If he can fake a "Death Note" notebook, he could've betted his life on the fake one instead of suiciding. This movie is worthy for at least a watch even for a non-fan!

Actually I want 4.5 Star but the system won allowed it. For me the movie is near perfect. I never saw the manga. So I don't know what to expect. I can say this story are ten time better then the first part. Maybe because the first Death Note are merely an introduction only, so is quite bored. Actually I am thinking of not watching it. Luckily, somehow, I watched it. This movie is really a super mastermind game between two genius. I leave the cinema, hoping for more. I really hope there is another sequel. But somehow the ending is closed ending already. Maybe they can do like Infernal Affair somewhere between part 1 and part 2. just must suggestion.

I'm lucky that it's showing here in Sabah a few days earlier than other states, I watched it in cinema on 20th Jan. I had watch the 1st and was yearning to watch this part 2. The 3 young actors who portrait the 3 main characters are awesome, each with their own supporters ( i love them all). In this sequel, the tension between L and Light has risen to a new level, expect a lot of mind games being played and the appearance of the 2nd and 3rd 'Kira' makes things even more complicated but in a very interesting way. I advise you guys not to drink too much beverages during the movie, you won't want to miss a scene!! And this is definitely more interesting than the part 1, i'm thinking to watch it for the 2nd time :)

Happy that Death Note episode 2 i coming ,BUT y showtime at 1st Feb! I very lazy to wait and when i go cinema i can go sg to buy a CD aready. Anyway i will go watch at cinema also
