Movie Plot Back to top

The film explores the root causes of global economic meltdown and takes a comical look at the corporate and political shenanigans that culminated in what Michael Moore has described as "the biggest robbery in the history of this country" - the massive transfer of U.S. taxpayer money to private financial institutions.

face it, capitalism is better than communism.

What I loved most: sacastic humour

What I really hated: is only one side of the story

is not a very fair way to see it only in one perspective. dun mistaken, im just a middle class white collar worker. without being a capitalist, there is no way we are living how we are living, we will be living exactly how the north korean are. farming on farms that dun belong to us, n you dun get wat you harvest. best part, u totally get BRAINWASHED. (if u watch national geographic, u will know wat im talking about.) if there is no capitalism, u wouldnt be where u are now. watching movies, going out dating at some fine cuisine (n where u think the food, table, atmosphere, aircon comes from?), no phone, no traveling, just practically everything u have now. for eg, if i am a CEO, i am buying an insurance for all the expenses use on recruiting, training, time spent for one employee, IF anything happens to them. is like, will you pay for your BEST friend's insurance? you pay for his insurance, n if he dies, his family gets it all? makes no sense? HE should have the foresight to plan for his own family isnt it? nevertheless, i still like this movie, but i dun feel the message delivered is justified. i stand for capitalism still.
