What I really hated: The Lousiest Lamest Not Funny Show!!!!

Please get the hell out of this review Section... This is the 2nd worst movie I have watch for the past year... after Penny Dreadful.. Seeing this movie review still here makes my BLOOD BOIL.. Scram!!! Stupid Ah Long Pte Ltd... Waste Money!!! no worth even to rent vcd for this movie.

What I really hated: the plot

Ah Long doesn't do much justice to their budget. For one, the connection between Fann Wong's character and Mark Lee's was horrifyingly shallow and insultingly obvious (can't tell you; you'll figure it out anyway). Oh and I absolutely, positively, undeniably, super intensely hated the climax and especially the flat resolution at the end. To be fair, I did like the status quo of the story with Mark Lee's effeminate side; at least for the first minute of the show. I liked the theme of the story, but it was not executed well enough I wish I could say the humour makes up for the story factor but it doesn't. At least for me, funny was a hit and miss deal with Ah Long. I made a bet with my friend - if I hadn't laughed at least 20 times (chuckling included) in the duration of the movie, he would have to give me back the money I paid for the show. Fortunately (for him), I laughed a total of 20.5 (I smiled and he caught me) times and lost. Still, 20.5 laughs in 108 minutes is barely one laugh every 5 minutes. Not good odds. But that's just me. Anyway, money aside, I want my 2 hours back Jack.

What I really hated: Predictable plot

If you want to watch some funny movie that can make you burst into laughter, I would suggest you to watch this movie. However, if you want to watch movie with interesting and original plot, I would suggest you to look for another movie. I feel that all Ah Long (aka loanshark) should watch this movie and reflect on themselves. They should stop creating trouble for their borrowers.
