Its an exceptionally great movie. The story is great & touching, the men are damn sexy.. What else to say? It captures your breath until the end of the movie Greek story& myth are always wonderful to be read & watched.

What I loved most: fighting scenes

this is one movie i think in my own opinion that most people shld catch it. why? cos its awsome man!! the fight scenes r unique n matrix like. somes fast moving n sometimes slow. plot wise is all right. story tells abt how 300 men fight tooth n nails for their beloved country believing them selves to be free men n not slaves. its like fighting for wat u belive in-your rights.

Fighting back as a man, whom those MAN have felt that its their honour, and responsibility to defend their hometown instead of being held slavery and losing their freedom (that's 1) to another country, is a shame to them. Number 2 is that their love ones, thier wifes, thier daughters, in the eyes on being slavery, what makes you think that they will not be abuse in any ways? This movie brings out the ponder for all man in their country. Are you gonna watch your home being raid, your wife/love ones being slaves(any kind, you know what I mean),being so obedient to someone else like a little pussy not even to your parents, OR gear yourself to fight back even though you might not win, but at least, you have tried to your very best and when you fail, you fail with no regrets. This is the epic which this movie is trying to tell us.

Impressive act by Gerard Butler as King Leonidas and his 300 men! I am blown away with the amazing and breath-taking scenes, well built abs (haha) in the 117 mins show. Must catch it!
