Beauty at its best

What I loved most: The visuals

300 is a breath taking piece of art. What I loved most was the idea that people would be willing to die to protect what they believed in: Freedom. The visuals are stunning!

A out of the world Epic Movie

What I loved most: The part where the first contact battle between the 2 armies,

What I really hated: Too bloody at time

this movie i have to see with its powerful trailer- i always like movie that portray how human being respond when they are faced with the decision to die for a cause they believe in, it is both amazingly fascinating/bold/powerful and yet strong sense of sadness surround the whole film because everybody watching know for a fact that their fate is fixed. and this feeling stretch to the end with the consistent pain you felt while watching each brave men doing this noble thing. The lead character Spartan King is even more striking than ever with its witty small talk and powerful howling of encouraging word to their men in time of great fear- there is a lesson in that we think in real life, that is how a boss or a government leader for a country should behave, the first to die for what he preach and the first to maintain coolness in time of great difficulties. I love this film, physically you feel touched in some way is a good judgment of a good movie, after watching the show, the image of how the King raising his both hand in the air pending for his final moment with little tear in his eye calling out “my queen, my wife..my love” is a true testament of how great is the human spirit and how this life is worth living and dying for- the image linger in my mind to now- great film for some years that is not make with such a passion.

300 Spartans

What I loved most: Bloody Visual Effects

What I really hated: No new ideas

I thought the director had changed the movies into a rather horrific movies - make the 300 spartans into werewolves and fight the Persian army. But when I watched the movies, it really disappointed. The same old story, the same old killing, the same old setting, etc nothing new. Where did the werewolves gone? The poster must have mislead me - it was the wolf that was being slaughtered by the Spartan leader. Come on! Directors! Give us something creative and new. Maybe, make this story a science fiction one - when Earth human migrate to a new planet with 300 soldiers - they were faced with million of man-slaughter creatures. A fear fight begins .... WOW! I think I can be the next director already.
